Rayan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University and completed the Oxford Real Estate Investment Programme at the University of Oxford. Recognized as a trusted advisor to boards and executives, he combines strategic vision with disciplined execution to deliver investor relations solutions that enhance transparency, build market trust, and support sustainable growth.

Abdulaziz Bin Saleh is an accomplished investor relations professional with over seven years of experience across leading Saudi companies, including Al Othaim Markets, Saudi Real Estate Co., Leejam Sports, and Almarai. He has a proven track record in expanding analyst coverage, strengthening capital market communications, and ensuring regulatory compliance with CMA and Tadawul.

He has led the development of annual reports, investor presentations, and major corporate disclosures, ensuring alignment with best practices and investor expectations. Skilled in managing investor conferences, analyst engagement, and peer benchmarking, Abdulaziz plays a vital role in shaping positive market perception. He holds a BBA in Finance from King Saud University and professional certifications including CME1, CISI (CME4B), and IFSAH.

Mohamed Awad is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in banking, capital markets, and multi-business sectors. His expertise spans financial management, audit, governance, risk management, compliance, and investment analysis.

He has held senior roles at leading financial institutions including Samba, AlBilad, and Alinma, where he led major initiatives to strengthen risk and control frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance. Mohamed holds the CME1 certification and is an Associate Member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).

Faisal AlShalawi is the CIO of FAAD Partners and a member of its Investment Committee. He previously served as an advisor to H.E. the Minister of Investment (MISA) and has held key roles at the National Company Promotion Program, Deutsche Gulf Finance, Andalus Capital (US), and Alinma Investment Company. Faisal holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA), a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Saud University, and a postgraduate diploma in Investment and Finance from the Institute of Public Administration. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

In addition to his investment background, Faisal brings valuable expertise in corporate governance, financial communication, and strategic advisory, enabling him to provide critical guidance on market engagement, governance frameworks, and capital markets communication.

Hamad AlSalman, VP of Marketing and Communications at Taiba Investments, has a distinguished career spanning more than 18 years across real estate, branding, marketing, and corporate communications. His leadership and strategic vision have consistently driven organizational success and growth.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Systems, a CBM certification from AIPMM, and a Diploma in Reputation Management from the London Institute of Public Relations. He also completed the Oxford Real Estate Investment Programme at the University of Oxford.

Throughout his career, Hamad has held impactful roles at leading organizations including Taiba Investments, Dur Hospitality, Maceen Capital, Alinma Bank, and SEMARK. In addition to his expertise in corporate and financial communication, he has actively contributed to sustainability initiatives, reinforcing his commitment to transparency, stakeholder trust, and long-term business resilience.

Adel Albadr is the Managing Director and CEO of FAAD Partners with over 17 years of experience in capital markets, investments, and investor relations. He has held senior positions at the Tourism Development Fund, Banque Saudi Fransi, Alinma Investment Company, SWICORP, and BlomInvest SA, and serves on multiple
boards and committees across both private and public sectors.

Mr. Albadr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Management from New York University. He is a fellow in business valuation, with expertise in capital markets, corporate governance, IPO advisory, strategic advisory, and investor targeting, making him a trusted advisor to companies navigating both private and public markets.
